IF YOUR CHILD HAS A MOUTH FULL OF METAL YOU NEED TO CALL ME!
If you have a child and if you have already hired a lawyer to sue a bad “dentist” for injuries to your child for dental mistreatment, overtreatment and abuse, please disregard this message.
The information in this letter about improper dental treatment conducted on children by bad and dishonest “dentists” is based upon what has happened to other children in dental offices in other states.
I am writing you because your child may have suffered terrible pain, suffering, mental anguish and physical and emotional injuries because of his/her dental treatment by a bad and dishonest “dentist”.
I do not know if you have a child. I do not know if your child is on ArKids. I do not know if your child received dental treatment by a bad “dentist”. I do not know if your child suffered any injuries while receiving dental treatment.
However, because of what has happened to other children, in some bad and dishonest dental offices across the country, I am trying to determine if children in Arkansas are also being victimized and terribly injured while receiving dental treatment at the hands of bad and dishonest “dentists”. If so, and if your child has been a victim, I want to help your child and stop this horrible practice.
I have recently become concerned that children in your area may be mistreated, overtreated and abused while receiving unnecessary, inappropriate, unsafe and excessive “dental” treatments such as: (1) Unneeded stainless steel caps; (2) Unnecessary baby root canals; (3) Unnecessary tooth extractions; and (4) Unneeded fillings, all of which may have been performed without a proper numbing agent or anesthesia; not enough, and a child suffers much pain; too much, and they can be improperly immobilized by dangerous drug levels for a “dentist” to perform unneeded work.
You may have signed some form of “consent” for dental treatment and the dental office may have persuaded you to not go back and observe. Bad “dentists” know that if you don’t witness what is happening, you can’t stop the treatment when your child starts screaming and crying. In other states, some bad “dentists” have performed their bad acts in a soundproof room to prevent the parent from hearing their child’s screaming and crying.
Your child’s “dental” treatment may have been done while he/she was strapped in a dental papoose, which is very similar to a strait jacket. You may have “consented” to the papoose because you thought the papoose was safer than numbing and/or anesthesia.
In fact, the papoose is very rarely used by reputable pediatric dentists. The risks of harm for a child in a papoose are much higher than the risks of harm from numbing and/or anesthesia of your child’s mouth.
The reason that a bad “dentist” would have placed your child in a dental papoose, was so that he would not have to stop doing dental procedures when your child was screaming and crying.
The dental papoose holds a child’s head in place and a child cannot move his/her head. If you are a “dentist”, who does not care if your child patient suffers, then the papoose is perfect because the “dentist” can do more “dental” procedures in less time.
In this way, the dentist can make more money by increasing the number of daily “dental” procedures to bill Medicaid programs (“ARKids” in Arkansas).
You see, the “dentist’s” motive is only to make more and more money. The more procedures the “dentist” can do in the same amount of time, the more money the “dentist” can make. Here, this clearly shows that money is the root of all evil. In practicing law for more than 40 years, this is the most evil thing that I have ever encountered.
These “dentists” did not care if your child had terrible pain, suffering, mental anguish, emotional injury, nightmares or that they were screaming and yelling.
In some “dental” offices in other states, “dentists” have been paid a “production bonus” because that “dentist” billed more procedures to Medicaid than the other dentists in the dental office. In other words, there was a contest of evil. The more evil the dentist did, the more money he/she was paid.
You might not know this, but ArKids pays around 85% of the bills for children’s dental care. This is much more than private insurance companies pay for dental procedures. That is why dentists seek out children with ArKids.
Because of all this, I am actively looking for children like yours who have been injured or harmed by this dental mistreatment, overtreatment and abuse.
HELPING YOU GET FAIR COMPENSATION
Let me ask you a question. Did you know that, if your child was victimized, he/she has a right to be compensated for this terrible dental treatment, for his/her pain, suffering, mental anguish, emotional and physical injuries, as well as any permanent injuries?
Helping people get fairly compensated for their injuries is all I do as an attorney.
In fact, I have been practicing law more than 40 years. I began my law practice as an Assistant United States Attorney prosecuting people charged with crimes in Federal court.
Beginning in 1991 my practice has been almost exclusively helping people who have been injured. I will lend a hand to obtain compensation for your child who has been injured by the mistreatment, torture and abuse by a “dentist”. If your child has suffered, I would be happy to lend a hand to get compensation for your child and stop this horrible practice.
SO, I WOULD LIKE TO DO SOMETHING SPECIAL FOR YOU…
ABSOLUTELY FREE OF CHARGE WITHOUT FURTHER OBLIGATION
I would like to buy you an hour of my time to discuss anything that may concern you about the injuries suffered by your child. By having a free, no obligation case review, you will learn how we will handle the problems your child has, help your child get his/her life back to normal and to obtain compensation for his/her injuries.
Most of all, I will listen to you objectively and candidly and answer any questions that you have. All I am saying is that I think you owe it to yourself to share information about your child’s injuries with me, and I humbly believe that I have the ability to help your child.
At the end of your hour, you can make a decision. You will determine if we fit with one another . . . that means not only do we like each other, but we feel that we are philosophically in accord with what we want to do for your child. If you are . . . you can hire me at that time. If you do, I will immediately start your child’s case for compensation and I will do everything possible to obtain compensation for your child’s injuries.
There are no up front attorney fees nor up front attorney costs. If I do take your case, it will be handled on a contingency basis. You will only pay me a part of the recovery when we receive it. In other words, I will only be paid an attorney fee and be reimbursed my attorney costs and expenses when I obtain compensation for your child.
Whatever you decide after our meeting, you will have no further obligation to me.
Please call me now at (501) 327-1700 about your child’s dental mistreatment, overtreatment and abuse case review. I think you will find it beneficial.
If you are not able to come to Conway, I will come to you.
Respectfully yours,
Callis L. Childs
